Merchandise Return Policy
Merchandise may be exchanged or retuned within 10 days of purchase when original sales receipt is presented
Warranties honored by manufacturer unless otherwise noted.
Feed Return Policy
Contact a Master Made Feeds Representative and give the following information:
Type of feed
Number of sacks, or if bulk, approximate pounds involved
Date feed was picked up or delivered
Brief description of the problem
PLEASE NOTE:
To receive credit, feed must be physically returned to the store.
Returns will NOT be allowed in the following situations:
If feed has been in the customers possession for more than 21 days.
If feed has become wet while in the customer’s possession.
If sacks are torn, discolored, or contaminated while in the customer’s possession.
If feed is compromised by rodents while in the customer’s possession.
If feed is not in its original packaging.
