As we move futher into the winter months it becomes clear the severity of the Summer drought. Hay prices are rising to levels never seen before. Ranchers are selling off their cattle because the of the fear of the low hay supplies. Horse owners fear they will not be afford to feed their animals. Feeds have been forced to rise their prices due to the loss of corn and other crops.

Many companies have come out with hay strecher grains that contain the needed fiber livestock and horses need in thier diet.

Master Made is working to keep large quanities of hay in stock. We care about our customers so we will not buy poor quality hay. We are working to keep the cost as low as possible.
There were $5.2 billion lost in crops during the hottest and driest summer in most Texan's recent memory. As of September, 13.88% of the Texas landmass fell into the worst category: exceptional drought.

The financial damages are calculated estimates of the total monetary losses due to crop and livestock infliction during the drought.

It’s also estimated that Oklahoma has lost $1.6 billion in crop and livestock damages, while Kansas lost $1.7 billion.
